Kevin is a Mental Performance Certified Coach dedicated to helping athletes and leaders master the "mental game" to perform their best when the pressure is on. Certified through Brian Cain Peak Performance, he specializes in the mindset, mental toughness, and elite habits required to unlock a performer's full potential.
With over 22 years as a High School Athletic Director, Kevin brings a rare depth of perspective to mental training. As a CMAA and Past President of the MIAAA, he has spent decades observing the thin margin between winning and losing — experience that led him to co-author an NIAAA Culture Course establishing a national standard for how athletic departments build high-performing environments.
Kevin's roster spans middle school prospects to professional athletes, and high school through NCAA Division I teams. He distills complex sports psychology into actionable strategies that help athletes overcome performance anxiety, build unshakable confidence, and compete at their peak.
